Information on this site is for general purposes only. Pricing, timelines and availability are estimates and are confirmed only in a signed construction agreement.

SMS messaging terms

• Program: Timberlight Homes texts people who request a consultation, about their inquiry and custom home project. If you separately agree, we may also send occasional updates about our homes and services.
• Opt-in: You opt in by checking the SMS consent box on our consultation form. Consent is not a condition of any purchase.
• Eligibility: You must be 18 years of age or older to opt in to our SMS program.
• Frequency: Message frequency varies.
• Cost: Message and data rates may apply.
• Opt-out: Reply STOP at any time to stop receiving messages. You will receive one confirmation message.
• Help: Reply HELP or call 541-977-1283.
• Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
